The instructions below may be followed to
generate the plot of the 27 equilibria (Figure 13):

(1) Start up MatLab and set the current directory to the "equilibria" folder.
(2) Open the MatLab script "CCFM_equilibria_lambda_color.m".
(3) Run this MatLab script.
